Sapient Hazard
Emotional Hazard
Tychokinetic Hazard
Containment Protocols: RPC-222 is contained in a humidity and temperature controlled containment case. Access to RPC-222 is restricted to RPC-222-1 and authorized Level 2 personnel. It is preferred, but not required, that the staff bringing RPC-222 to RPC-222-1 are trusted by the subject. The illusion that RPC-222-1 resides within a hospital is to be maintained at all times. Official RPC-222 documentations are to be kept out of RPC-222-1's living quarters; failure to do so will result in reassignment.
RPC-222-1 is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment chamber, with ample room for wheelchair accessibility, within Site-002. RPC-222-1 is to be allowed access to entertainment and exercise when requested. It is also allowed to be escorted through most areas accessible by Level 0 staff when accompanied by one or more Level 2 Staff. RPC-222-1 is to attend a weekly physical therapy session to prevent loss of bone mass and muscle atrophy.
Items requested by RPC-222-1 are to be reviewed by the RPC-222 project research lead and decided on a case-by-case basis. A document of RPC-222-1's requests, both approved and denied, is listed below.

Description: RPC-222 is a 9.00 x 6.00 x 1.50 inches, ten paged cardboard book that is visually designed for children in the early stages of reading development. The cover displays a large heart with a ribbon wrapped around it and tied in a bow. On the ribbon is the title, "The Little Book of Love!". The spine and page edges of RPC-222 show minor wear and tear from usage and time, and is susceptible to damage, though any form of vandalism to the book's pages will reset once the book is closed. Under normal conditions, nine of the book's pages will be blank, with the tenth page displaying a single line reading: "Give this book to Kaylee, please."
When the book is read by RPC-222-1, the pages will describe intimate details on a present subject regarding their "fated" love-life. On the final page will be an image of the subject's "destined partner". 100% of subjects who have been shown the image have experienced an almost overwhelming need to find the person shown within RPC-222. When the person specified in the image is found, the likelihood of a successful relationship forming is extremely high.
RPC-222-1 is a nine-year-old human female named Kaylee Havenson. Due to a genetic case of Osteogenesis Imperfecta localized within its legs, RPC-222-1 is wheelchair-bound and requires pain medication as well as precautions to ensure its health and safety. RPC-222-1 also seems to have heightened empathetic recognition, usually able to discern if someone is lovesick, lonely, or depressed. This ability appears to strengthen when in direct contact with RPC-222. RPC-222-1 has refused to read to any and all subjects who have been the abuser in an abusive relationship, often displaying fear or aversion to them whether or not it was informed of the subject's history.
Discovery: RPC-222 and RPC-222-1 were found at the Children's Hospital in Aurora, Colorado. During a routine internet sweep, several discussions were found on Facebook detailing a young girl's ability to predict someone's love-life by reading from a book. Agent Brian Jasunen, who specializes in youth psychology, was sent to investigate. He discovers RPC-222-1 and its father, Garret Havenson, in its hospital room. After a brief introduction, Agent Jasunen managed to get a private interview with RPC-222-1.
Addendum-1: Interviews with RPC-222
Interview 222-A
Interviewed: Kaylee Havenson
Interviewer: Agent Brian Jasunen
Foreword: This interview takes place ten minutes after initial contact, with Kaylee's father and doctor waiting elsewhere in the hospital. Kaylee is in her hospital bed, seated upright, with Agent Jasunen seated on the doctor's stool nearby.
<Begin Log>
Jasunen: Hello there. Could you tell me your name?
Kaylee: I'm… Kaylee.
Jasunen: Hi Kaylee, my name's Brian! Why are you in the hospital?
Kaylee: Well, my doctor tells me I have bad bones. I get hurt a lot.
Jasunen: I'm sorry to hear that. Could you tell me a little bit about your book?
Kaylee: My book? Well, I got it from a boy on valentine's day a few years ago.
Jasunen: Mhm? Did you like this boy?
Kaylee: A little… But when I read the book, it told me he was gonna marry someone and have a bunch of babies when he gets older!
Jasunen: Oh my, that's quite the life! Are you sure it'll happen?
Kaylee: That's what the book said. It's never ever been wrong!
Jasunen: That would be impressive if it was true. Could you read it for me?
Kaylee: Hmm… Sure! {Kaylee reaches for her book and puts it in her lap.}
Jasunen: Whenever you're ready, Kaylee.
Kaylee: {She clears her throat, opening the book to its first page} There once was a boy named Brian. He worked for a weird, scary, and cool company! But all he did was work and work and work. He didn't have a real day off for a super long time!
Jasunen: Well… That's certainly interesting. Do you mind if I take pictures of the pages?
Kaylee: Huh? Oh, sure if you wanna. Some people do that. Here! {She keeps the book open, moving over so Jasunen can take pictures as she reads.}
Jasunen: Thank you. Please continue!
Kaylee: Then, one night, the boy leaves work. He wasn't supposed to, but he felt like he needed to. Something was calling him away! He went to a restaurant, and got a biiiiig stack of pancakes!
Jasunen: It's got me there. I love pancakes.
Kaylee: The waiter was so handsome! And they talk! They talked and talked and talked until the waiter finished working.
Jasunen: A waiter? Really?
Kaylee: Mhm! That's what it says.
Jasunen: Huh. Alright then. Please, continue.
Kaylee: Then Brian asked the waiter if he wanted to go out to a movie. The waiter said "no", he had things to do. But, Brian got his phone number instead. They set up a day to go to the movie later, and it went really well!
Jasunen: Does it say which movie?
Kaylee: Mmm, nope!
Jasunen: Alright.
Kaylee: After a while of going to movies, dinners, and each others' houses, the two get married! They even adopt a little black and white puppy and a baby girl! They're a really happy family that loves each other very much.
Jasunen: Wow, that's quite the story. Is it different for everyone?
Kaylee: Yeah. That was the first time I got one with pancakes in it! Now I'm a little hungry.
Jasunen: I could get you some food once we finish up here, how about that?
Kaylee: Okay! Oh, there's one more page! Wanna see?
Jasunen: Of course.
Kaylee: Here you go!
Jasunen: Thank y-
{Agent Jasunen gasps audibly.}
Kaylee: He's handsome, right?
Jasunen: He, uh, he definitely is. Yes.
Kaylee: Do you wanna meet him?
Jasunen: I…
<End Log>
Closing Statement: Following the interview, Kaylee Havenson was transferred to Site-002. Agent Jasunen requested a short leave of absence, which had been granted to him with supervision to record any possible changes in behavior due to RPC-222.
Addendum-2: Personal Log of Sarah Nathans, RPC-222's Lead Researcher
10/22/██: It's been a week since 222-1, she prefers Kaylee though, was transferred here. Looks like I've officially been put in charge of her. I'm to take on the role of a hospital doctor so she and her father don't find out about the true nature of the girl's incarceration. I just hope her dad's not the kind of person to flirt with his kid's doctor.
10/23/██: Kaylee and I have started chatting more as she opens up. She told me a bit about her school and the people she met at the hospital. She wants to know about the other people here, but I told her they couldn't be visited. I'll have to check if any of the other Beta-White RPCs here are safe for her to visit, but I do slightly doubt it. Even then, most of them know more than she does about this place.
10/24/██: She wanted to draw today. I watched her, and she's got the makings of a young artist. If she keeps at it, I'm sure she'll be quite good at it.
10/25/██: I wasn't able to visit 222-1 today, but one of the Juniors told me she wanted to read 222 to him. We don't know its properties well enough yet, but so far it doesn't seem any of the other people she's read it to have had an adverse reaction. Most of them are living lives happier than they were before. I've allowed it. Honestly, I hope he gets what he's looking for. He's a good kid.
10/28/██: I met 222-1's father today. Learned a bit more about him and the life she had before containment. Her mother died in a terrible car accident, which had also crippled 222-1. It was made even worse by 222-1's Osteogenesis, and she's been in and out of hospitals since. Poor girl. Her dad's been working three jobs to help pay for her treatment until we took over. When we initially took her in he seemed both pretty malnourished and fairly stressed, so I guess this is a blessing in disguise. I think I'll start calling her Kaylee here, she deserves at least that much. I can't imagine what it's like for her father to be apart from her though.
10/29/██: She read to a couple of CSDs today; the recordings are in file 222-D. It was pretty sweet actually. She seemed to know about their pasts too, or at least the book did, and she didn't treat them any different than the other people she's read to. Honestly a sweet girl. Too sweet for this place, that's for sure.
10/31/██: Kaylee wanted to go trick or treating. It was difficult to pull off, but she's been growing popular with some of the staff in the site, including the Head, so we managed to set up a little trail for her to wheel around and get some candy as a reward for good behavior. One of the Doctors even got her a little R2-D2 dome to put over her head. It was all around a pretty good time. A nice change of pace.
11/02/██: She's still in a good mood from Halloween. And unlike most kids, she doesn't eat all her sweets right away. Another visit with her father is coming up, so she'll likely tell him all about it.
11/11/██: Kaylee and her father have been video calling almost daily since her request was approved by the Site Head. She really misses him, and vice versa. I do feel bad for keeping them apart, but it's for obvious reasons.
11/14/██: The Junior Researcher that Kaylee had read to back then found the person at the end among the site's CSDs. Apparently, he's pushing for her to be taken off the list, but everyone's told him it likely won't happen. He's tenacious though, I'll give him that. But even then, he's been put under close watch just in case he tries to help her escape. God, I hope he doesn't do something stupid.
11/20/██: Kaylee wanted to read 222 to me today. Honestly, I was very tempted, but I politely declined. If I had the same reaction as all the other people she'd read to, I'd be too distracted with whoever was waiting for me at the end of that little book of love.
11/28/██: Today is the second physical meeting with Kaylee's father. He told me she had read the book to him years ago, though he still hadn't found the person at the end of his book. He seems to have forgotten what she looks like too. At the end of the meeting, while I was escorting him from the meeting area, he asked me out. Not sure if I'll accept or not. He's weird, but it's also kinda charming?
11/30/██: I decided not to accept his invitation, and am submitting a request for him to be administered Class A-1 Amnestics. If he were to remember, it would make visits both awkward and unprofessional. Maybe someday, but not now.
